Subject: [FAST News] Black vs. Blue Intersquad Meet Reminder!

FAST Swimmers and Parents:

Just a reminder that the FAST Black vs. Blue Intersquad Meet is THIS Saturday, October 10th!

And we want EVERY swimmer on FAST to take part. From our youngest Barracuda to our oldest Masters swimmer, this is the meet for you.
The Black and Blue meet is a low key, low pressure and FUN way to kick off the season. And it serves as an excellent educational process for our younger swimmers who want to learn how a regular USA Swimming meet will be conducted, in a no-pressure environment.

Please remember that to sign up for the meet, you must put your name, age and the events you want to swim on the sign up sheets on the BULLETIN BOARD at the pool.
If you are not sure what you should be swimming, please ask your coach and they will assist you in the sign up process. Parents, please make sure to take some time to go and look at the information listed on the bulletin board. Your coach can answer any questions you may have.


BLACK VS. BLUE INTERSQUAD MEET
SATURDAY OCTOBER 10TH
WILKERSON-GREINES
COST: FREE!!!!!
Warm Ups: 11 and Over -- 7:00a.m.
10 and Under -- 7:15a.m.

MEET STARTS -- 8:15 a.m.

Eligibility: There are NO qualifying times. This meet is open to ALL FAST team members and all swimmers are encouraged to participate!

Entry Limit: Swimmers may swim all events, with the exception of 10+Unders. 10+Unders may swim either a 25 OR a 50 of a given stroke, but not both.

So please make sure to sign up in time!
